Are you looking for ways to grow spiritually, connecting with other women while being encouraged to become all that God created you to be? Then W.O.W. (Women of Wilmot) is for you!

Are you tired of living behind a mask and a fake smile, pretending to have it all together, when really you feel as if life is spinning out of control?

Are you looking for other women that you can talk to in "real" conversations? Connecting with other women, not on a superficial level, but on a level where you truly understand and empathize with one another?  Why not consider getting to know the Women of Wilmot?

We, the Women of Wilmot, desire to be all that Christ has called us to be. We want to live life abundantly and allow God to use us in any and every situation. God has a specific plan for each of our lives and we, as the Women of Wilmot, want to be used by Him in the most effective way possible in order to bring glory to His name.

W.O.W. Opportunities:

Card Ministry (meet the last Thursday of the month from 9:30 - 11:30.a.m. in the Church Basement)

• a rewarding time of getting together to create and make special cards (no experience or skill required).  These cards are given to bless the women at Grand Valley Institute for Women (Federal Prison in Kitchener) and also Anselma House (a local shelter in Kitchener)

Monthly breakfast (1^st Friday of the month)

• gather with other women for breakfast, laughter, sharing, and "real" conversation at various local restaurants

Shop & Swap (May)

• clean out your closets and see what else you can come home with that day

Retreat (November)

• come away and relax, get refreshed, renewed and refocused

Secret Sisters (Yearly)

• connect with another woman in remembering special days and caring for her through encouraging notes and prayer

Girl's Night Out (Various Times Throughout the Year)

• a time to laugh and re-connect with one another in a fun and outgoing way
